Reaching Far and Wide
The team at Contemporary Coordination provides quality support coordination services to people under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We provide NDIS Support Coordination in Adelaide and South Australia, rural locations are accessed through remote outreach.

- Understanding and implementing your NDIS plan.
- Understanding your NDIS budgets and planning how you wish to spend these to work towards your goals, paying attention to avoid under or overspending.
- Researching and negotiating with potential service providers, and providing you with the information needed to make an informed choice on which service to engage with.
- Connecting with your chosen service providers.
- Coordinating your services in times of crisis.
- Sourcing and liaising with your community, mainstream and funded supports.
- Preparing for and attending your review.
- Navigating MyGov and MyPlace portals.
- Preparing for and requesting an early review or change of circumstance.
- Identifying and reducing barriers to accessing services.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
The team at Contemporary Coordination also provide quality psychosocial recovery coaching.
A recovery coach can support your mental health recovery. Recovery means different things to different people. Using the recovery model, we find ways to assist people to live a purposeful and meaningful life.
